I Know What I'm Doing This Weekend

Wound up getting the FFVII: Remake released yesterday. I haven't started playing it yet - that's for the weekend - and I'm not allowed to talk about it until the 10th, which is the actual release date. I can see I'm not going to be bored this Easter.

Man, my housemate isn't gonna be done obsessing (she's not happy about the ending, which is semi-spoiled for her) until she actually plays it, and probably not even then. And she has the Japanese edition being sent from Hong Kong so who even knows.

The ending has probably been semi-spoiled for your housemate for about the last twenty years or so, let's be fair here. It's a remake, after all, and therefore likely to be reasonably faithful to the original story.

Uhhhhh, well it's the potential lack of faithfulness that's the issue. She absolutely adores the original.
