Oh jeez oh pete - that sucks all around. I'm stuck trying to wade through the New and Improved Michigan unemployment crap (thank you, Governor Snyder of toxic Flint water fame) after my workplace shut down in January. If I'm lucky, I'll get 20 weeks unemployment, and then...probably nothing whatsoever, unless I get some kind of job. I, too, have to do the "yes, I applied for All These Jobs" thing - and I, too, resent the notion that the unemployed should be shamed and financially hurt into taking whatever job is thrown at them. Double points for mental health and age-related health issues, too.

I don't suppose you and I could start a religion together or something else fiscally entertaining?
