The email address the email is apparently from.
The subject line of the email.
The reply-to address of the email.
Whether the email was actually addressed to you.

Put the date you received the emails in the Subject Line of the comment.

Please don't leave any further copies of the spiel in the email body, because I've already seen enough of them. All copies of the email body text will remain screened unless there is a significant change in the wording to the point where it is visibly different.
