I think the crowning move on his part was incorporating the site in the UK to defend against copyright lawsuits, and thinking this was a savvy move on his part. I've yet to see a better display of combined ignorance and arrogance, and I'm going to be very interested in seeing what the English legal system (which has had a good many centuries to complicate itself) can teach this particular nong.

Of course, if that photo on his blog is accurate, he suffers from the multiple disadvantages of being young, white, male and USAlien, not to mention apparently able-bodied, apparently cis-gender, and probably straight and Christian. This leads him to think that anyone who isn't also part of those categories is going to be less knowledgeable, less intelligent, and less prepared to deal with wonderful folks like himself.

I think the thing which rankles most with me is that this nong didn't even seem to credit the fandom with basic google skills - and I've no doubt he was sincerely surprised when they started showing up on his blog and asking him very pointed questions about what he was going to be doing with the site, how he intended to do this, and whether he had any idea what the merry hells he was dealing with.
