I'm in a one-room apartment in NYC, so separating eating space from workspace from relaxing space is a real challenge because it's just not a thing.

I have a gym mat and equipment and several at-home workouts made up of exercises I can do in a small space, so I've got the movement thing down. I'm working out or at least stretching everyday, and I take short walks.

The weather is starting to get nicer, so I may be able to work out getting out to a park with food as long as it's not too crowded.

Space is the real challenge, and the eating and drinking thing. I am drinking water and staying hydrated, but I'm finding that it's getting on two o'clock in the afternoon everyday and I'm realizing I haven't eaten anything. I think setting an alarm is a good way to remind myself.
