A new week started, and what better way to start it off than by looking at three articles from my mainstream news feeds about what went right?

NASA is planning to send a solar-electric powered craft to investigate the metal asteroid, 16 Psyche. The launch is currently planned for 2023.

Doctors turn to 3D printing to source medical supplies in earthquake-recovering Nepal by Nick Parkin (ABC Australia)

A Nepalese engineer has figured out a way of resolving the medical supplies crisis for remote hospitals in Nepal - use 3D printing methods to create them out of plastic.

Victoria's wilderness School for Student Leadership set to be expanded after 'excellent outcomes' by Jessica Longbottom (ABC Victoria)

The Victorian government is looking to expand the successful program with two new campuses - one in the Yarra Valley, one in the Grampians. The intensive ten-week course allows students to participate in activities which build leadership skills and confidence.
